The most important thing about a WG is the roommates! That’s why, before it comes to other “extremely incidental” things (location, connection, supermarket...) we want to briefly tell about us so that you can get a little insight into our WG life.
At the moment, our WG is home to a mixture of 3 students and one fully studied. Matze, who will leave the WG, has finished his medical studies and is now looking for his own.
Alexander, Moritz and Henry stay here. Alex has almost finished his medical studies and is currently in his practical year. In his room currently lives on the sub-rent Jule until September. Henry is currently studying civil engineering in the third year of medical studies and Moritz.

We are all very busy in everyday life. Henry has to learn a lot and is usually at the gym and also like to have for a party. In addition to his studies, Moritz is heavily involved in the rowing club or goes to work. He often escapes everyday life with his bike. When Alex is back, he'll be busy with his doctoral thesis. Jule is currently also in the laboratory from morning to evening.

Everyone in the WG has such a bit of their friends and so are not always all at home, but of course it does not happen that we meet in the kitchen. Since in the last half year the WG has been thoroughly mixed, this is the perfect place to plan joint excursions or to mix relaxed drinks and relax on the Elbe.

So that it remains clean, there is a cleaning plan that is adhered to accurately from week to week - times more, times less.
So and now to mandatory details of a WG announce: We live quite directly at Schillerplatz in the 3rd place. Floor of an old building. In the house there is a nice bicycle cellar, from which you can almost get directly to the Elberadweg and (depending on motivation and endurance) reach within 15 min the boundaries of the new city or in 20 min the city center. From us, however, a tram also travels in a similar time directly to the new city (6) or to the centre (12). The 61 runs from the Schillerplatz to the main campus.

A few more information about the room: your room, in which the sun shines early to midday, is about 23 square meters. From the windows you have a good view of the Elbe, the Schillergarten, the blue wonder and even the Saxon Switzerland on the horizon.
Matze would like to leave you some furniture (free). If you don't want this, it's okay. This will include the black Kallax, an open wardrobe and a sofa bed and the matching armchair.

We would be happy to get to know you more (bestly you write to us and just one/two things from you to get an impression). The room is free from 01.07. But more details we can discuss with the WG at a short meeting.

Das wichtigste an einer WG sind ja die Mitbewohner! Darum: bevor es um andere “äußerst nebensächliche” Dinge geht (Lage, Anbindung, Supermarkt...) möchten wir kurz was über uns erzählen, damit du einen kleinen Einblick in unser WG-Leben bekommst.
Zurzeit wohnen in unserer WG eine Mischung aus 3 Studierenden und einem fertig studiertem. Matze, welcher die WG leider verlassen wird, hat sein Medizinstudium beendet und sucht sich nun etwas eigenes.
Hier wohnen bleiben Alexander, Moritz und Henry. Alex hat sein Medizinstudium fast beendet und befindet sich aktuell in seinem praktischen Jahr. In seinem Zimmer wohnt aktuell zur Untermiete Jule bis September. Henry ist aktuell im dritten Jahr des Medizinstudiums und Moritz studiert Bauingenieurwesen.

Im Alltag sind wir alle sehr unterschiedlich beschäftigt. Henry muss viel lernen und ist sonst im Gym anzutreffen und auch gern mal für ne Party zu haben. Moritz ist neben seinem Studium stark im Ruderverein eingebunden oder geht arbeiten. Dem Alltag entflieht er dann oft mit seinem Rennrad. Wenn Alex wieder da ist, wird er mit seiner Doktorarbeit beschäftigt sein. Jule ist aktuell auch von morgens bis abends im Labor.

Jeder in der WG hat so ein bisschen ihren/seinen Freundeskreis und so sind nicht immer alle zu Haus, aber natürlich kommt es nicht selten vor, dass wir uns in der Küche treffen. Da im letzen halben Jahr die WG sehr durchmischt wurde ist dies der perfekte Ort um gemeinsame Ausflüge zu planen oder entspannt Drinks zu mischen und sich entspannt an die Elbe zu setzen.

Damit es halbwegs sauber bleibt, gibt es einen Putzplan, der von Woche zu Woche - mal mehr, mal weniger - akkurat eingehalten wird.
So und jetzt noch zu Pflichtangaben einer WG-Announce: Wir wohnen ziemlich direkt am Schillerplatz im 3. Stock eines Altbaus. Im Haus gibt es einen netten Fahrradkeller, von dem man quasi direkt auf den Elberadweg kommt und (je nach Motivation und Ausdauer) in 15 min die Grenzen der Neustadt oder in 20 min die Innenstadt erreichen kann. Von uns fährt aber auch eine Straßenbahn in etwa ähnlicher Zeit direkt zur Neustadt (6) oder ins Zentrum (12). Zum Hauptcampus fährt die 61 vom Schillerplatz durch.

Noch ein paar Infos zum Zimmer: Dein Zimmer, in welches früh bis mittags die Sonne scheint, ist etwa 23 Quadratmeter groß. Aus den Fenstern hast du einen guten Blick auf die Elbe, den Schillergarten, das blaue Wunder und am Horizont sogar auf die Sächsische Schweiz.
Matze möchte dir gerne einige Möbel da lassen (kostenfrei). Falls du diese nicht möchtest, ist das auch okay. Betreffen wird dies das schwarze Kallax, einen offenen Kleiderschrank sowie ein Schlafsofa und den passenden Sessel dazu.

Wir würden uns freuen, dich mal näher kennenzulernen (am besten du schreibst uns an und gleich ein/zwei Dinge von dir, um schon mal einen Eindruck zu bekommen). Das Zimmer ist ab 01.07. frei. Aber Näheres können wir gerne bei einem kurzen Treffen mit der WG besprechen.
