Hallo :)
Da ich nach Köln gehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für meine geliebte Wohnung zum 01.04. oder früher.
Die Wohnung hat zwei gleich-große Zimmer und eine Küche, die ebenfalls ausreichend Platz zum Sitzen bietet.
Das Bad ist kein klein, hat kein Fenster, eine Dusche und ist weiß gefliest.
Der Balkon bietet morgens Sonne und geht vom Balkon ab und nach hinten raus.
Zusätzlich bietet die Wohnung einen Abstellraum auf der Zwischenetage. Ich habe dort meine Waschmaschine stehen.
Haustiere sind erlaubt, die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett.
Alles, was man braucht, ist fußläufig zu erreichen, egal ob Busse, Bahnen, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Parks oder das Bermudadreieck. Die Lage ist wirklich unbezahlbar.
Aktuell liegt Laminat (Buche) in der Wohnung und die Wände sind mit Raufaser tapeziert. Müsste alles mal renoviert werden.
