I am subletting my fully furnished apartment incl. all utility cost and Wifi until the end of June, as will be in the UK in that period. The 2-room apartment is located extremely central in the trendy Glockenbach neighborhood (Gärtnerplatz, Marienplatz), whjch offers all kinds of stores cafés, restaurants and is well connected to the subway, tram bus and S-Bahn.
The apartment faces south to the courtyard (quiet and sunny) , has a balcony, is fully furnished including a 2x2m bed, washing machine, dryer and a modern kitchen including a dish washer. The bathroom features a bathtub, the living room a couch, big dining table and a 65" TV.
_Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Glockenbachviertel, einer der beliebtestesn Wohngegenden in München. Gute Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte finden Sie überall. Ein Highlight ist natürlich die Nähe zur Isar, an der man wunderbar seine Freizeit verbringen kann.
Die Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ideal. Tram, Bus und U-Bahn (“Fraunhoferstrasse, Müllerstrasse, Marienplatz”) Haltestellen sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
