Hallo allerseits,
aus beruflichen Gründen ziehe ich zum Mai aus meiner WG aus. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche mit Balkon, einen mittelgroßen Flur, ein Bad mit Wanne/Dusche. Mein Zimmer ist etwa 22qm groß, die drei großen Fenster schauen aus dem 4 Stock auf den Marktplatz und das Schloss gen Westen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist auch ganz nett. Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert, der Boden ist aus hellem, optisch ansprechendem Laminat.
Mein Mitbewohner wird zum Oktober oder November ausziehen, danach könnte die Wohnung ggf. auch übernommen werden. Er ist ein sehr umgänglicher und ordentlicher Mensch, den du falls du interessiert bist sowieso noch kennenlernen müsstest.
