Hi everyone,
As I have found a new flat to live with my fiancee so my current roommate and I want to transfer our currently apartment from July 1st to October 10th. After the expiration, you can renew the contract with the landlord yourself (need to communicate with the landlord).
Size: The house is about 60 square meter flat, contains a basement, two bedrooms: one is 20 square meters and the other is 25 with balcony, a wide kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished. There are beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, cabinets, etc. , and each room has oversized windows that can enjoy plenty of sunshine.
Kitchen: Hobs, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and fridge are fully equipped.

Transportation: Located at Steglitzer Damm. Bus 282,181 direct to U9, and bus 187 direct access to Kadewe. S25 Sudend about 7 minutes' walk. It takes about 3.5 kilometers to Free University, about 25 minutes by bus, and 9 kilometers to Technology University , about 35 minutes by bus.
