2 Minuten zur SBahn Humboldthain & zum Park mit Freibad und den besten Jogging Strecken überhaupt! ;)
Es handelt sich um
ein grosses Zimmer (35 qm)
und
ein kleines (Schlaf)Zimmer (15qm)
Im Grossen gibt es eine Wohnküche (CeranHerd, Geschirrspüler, etc) sowie einen Zugang zu einer kleinen Kammer
Vom Flur kommt man in das Bad.
Somit könnte man die Wohnung auch als WG benutzen.
