Es ist eine Einzelzimmerwohnung mit eigener Küche und eigenem Bad. Es hat einen sehr großen Balkon 16,5 qm, aber man teilt die Balkongröße durch zwei, wenn man die Wohnfläche berechnet. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, der unter die Küchenzeile passt und zwei Elektrokochtöpfe in der Küche. Es gibt auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine neu gekaufte Waschmaschine. Es gibt keine Badewanne, nur eine Dusche. Es gibt auch ein Fenster im Badezimmer. Ich finde das sehr nützlich, um den Wasserdampf nach einer warmen Dusche abzuführen. Die Böden sind aus Hartholz und in der Küche und im Bad gefliest. Die Wohnung ist recht groß und die gesamte Ostseite hat einen Balkon und große Fenstern. Es ist sehr hell und man kann den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Wenn du vor Sonnenuntergang schlafen willst, musst du die Jalousien schließen. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen Keller und einen Platz für Ihr Auto. Ich habe kein Auto, also habe ich diesen Raum gemietet. Wenn Sie den Parkplatz mieten möchten, kostet es Sie 50€ weniger pro Monat.
It is a single room apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. It has a very large balcony of 16.5 sqm, but you divide the balcony size by two when you calculate the living space. There is a small fridge that fits under the kitchenette and two electric cookers in the kitchen. There is also a dishwasher and a newly purchased washing machine. There is no bathtub, only a shower. There is also a window in the bathroom. I find this very useful for draining off water vapour after a warm shower. The floors are hardwood and tiled in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is quite large and the whole east side has a balcony and large windows. It is very bright and you can see the sunset. If you want to sleep before sunset you have to close the blinds. In the basement there is a cellar and a place for your car. I don't have a car, so I rented this room. If you want to rent the parking space, it will cost you 50€ less per month.
