Unsere Wohnung mit Altbaucharme sucht Nachmieter, da wir ausziehen wollen. Sie ist super zentral gelegen und alles ist erreichbar. Direkt am Dobben befindet sich alles, was man braucht (Apotheke, Einkaufsläden, Sparkasse, Kiosk, Restaurants/Imbisse...) und auch das Viertel ist fußläufig super erreichbar (ca 8 Minuten)
Das Haus ist ein WG Haus und das angrenzende auch, dementsprechend ist es sehr entspannt.
Die Wohnung hat wunderschöne Zimmer, mit denen man hervorragend angeben kann, weil: hohe Decken, Stuck und riesige Fenster. Trotz super zentraler Lage ist es innerhalb der Wohnung ruhig!
Wie schon gesagt, kann die Lage nicht besser sein. Alles ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch zur Uni oder HS braucht man nicht lange.
Es wäre schön wenn sich eine nette WG zum übernehmen finden würde. :)
