The room for rent is a fully furnished 25m2 room with brand new furniture. Bedsheets, duvets, blow-dryer, iron are included.

Bathroom: newly renovated, shower, bathtub, and new washing machine.
Kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils.
New windows. Thanks to good insulation, the apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer. Bicycle parking available.

Apartment Location:
- Very central. 3 min. walk from Hauptbahnhof/U1 Südtirolerplatz, 13A bus and several tram stations around the corner. 20 min. to main university with the subway or the bike (via bike path).
- Pharmacy, supermarkets, fitness center, post office, bank just around the corner.
- Beautiful old park with a large fitness area behind the building.
– 20 min. to UNO-City directly­ with U1 subway line.
