Ich bezahle jetzt 532 EUR warm - es kann sein, dass der Vermeiter wird die Miete ein bisschen erhöhen, aber ich glaube nicht viel.
Super cute 50 square meter 2 room apartment with exposed woodwork available in the Innenstadt to rent from 01.01.2020. Due to the open layout, only suitable for singles or a couple, not a flatshare. Friendly neighbors. I pay 532 EUR warm (i.e. with everything except electricity and internet), the landlords said they might raise the rent for the new contract but probably not more than 10 or 20 EUR.

Die 2.5 Jahre alt Küche und Toploader (Frontloader passt nicht) Waschmaschine muss übernommen werden für 600 EUR. Manche von die andere Möbel (zb Sofa, Regale, TV-Tisch) sind möglich, aber nicht pflicht. Wenn das nicht für dich in Ordnung ist, bitte frag nicht über der Wohnung.
Please note: the 2.5 year old kitchen and toploading washing machine (a frontloader won't fit in the space) must be taken over for 600 EUR. Some of the other furniture (sofa, shelves, kitchen chairs) could also be taken over if wished for a small price, but that's negotiable. Please don't ask about the apartment if you don't agree to those conditions.
