The room in the AWO student wohnheim is about 12 square meters furnished with bed, wordrobe, reading table and chairs. It is bright and cozy. It has a sink so it's ok when you wake up feeling lazy cos you can easily brush up your teeth and have your breakfast in bed. You share the bathroom and kitchen with the other floor members. You don't have to worry about a cleaning plan cos it's done by contracted workers. Lastly, I added a personal fridge and microwave to the room which you can use.
It's strategically located 5 minutes away on foot from Ater messplatz tram stop littenweiler from where the city center is just 6 to 8 minutes by tram. All you need to buy can also be found at the Alter messplatz tram stop where you have the shopping center (Einkuafen zentrum).
