Das Wohnzimmer mit ca 25 qm zeigt zur Braunstraße, die 3 kleinen Zimmer nach hinten zum Innenhof heraus.
Ebenfalls hat die Wohnung ein Bad mit Badewanne in das die Waschmaschine reinpasst sowie eine Einbauküche mit Platz für einen Geschirrspüler.
Des weiteren gehört zum Mietumfang noch ein Kellerraum dazu.
Kabelanschluss ist vorhanden.
Flur wird von einer Firma gereinigt.
Die Wohnung ist WG geeignet und kann Teilmöbliert übergeben werden.
Zur Lage gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Innenstadt halt. Alles was man brauch im Umkreis
von 5 Fußminuten. Die Haltestellen Schüsselbuden und Kohlmarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der Bahnhof ist je nach Gangart und Schrittlänge innerhalb von 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
