Große Zweizimmer-Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen in der Koblenzer Vorstadt sucht Nachmieter! Ich bin die aktuelle Mieterin und unterstütze hier nur meinen Vermieter bei der Suche, da ich wohl schon ab Anfang Juli ausziehen werde. Die Küche kann preiswert übernommen werden.
Ja was ist noch zu sagen? Ich mag die Wohnung sehr und denke auch, dass sie extrem preiswert ist. Mit Abwasser- und Heizkosten zahlt eine Person 615 Euro im Monat, als Paar steigt der Betrag auf 665 Euro im Monat und dann kommt individuell nur noch Strom und Internet dazu. Ich zum Beispiel habe für das letzte Jahr für Wasser und Heizung sogar Geld wieder bekommen :D
