Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Zimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Küche, 1 Diele und 1 Balkon.
Sie ist sehr hell und hat Fester sowohl in Richtung Osten als auch in Richtung Westen.
Das Wohnzimmer, das Schlafzimmer und die Diele sind mit echte Holzboden ausgestattet.
Das Bad verfügt sowohl über eine Dusche als auch über eine große Badewanne.
In UG gibt es ein Waschraum und ein privates Kellerraum.
Die Wohung befindet sich im Herzen Nordend-West und trotzdem in einer sehr ruhige Straße gelegt.
Viele Kneipe, Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbare Nähe.
Die U-Bahn Station Musterschule ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Konstablerwache und Hauptwache sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Alle Möbel auf den Fotos, sind gegen eine Ablösezahlung von 3500€ zu übernehmen.
