we have a fine light-flooded 10 sqm room in the 3rd OG free (see plan room 4). The room is available from 01.08.2025.
The room is fully furnished.
In the WG kitchen everything is provided, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and glasses....
You need to share the following rooms with your roommates:
Shower toilet, guest toilet, storage room, kitchen, hallway, cellar.

In der WG-Küche ist für alles gesorgt, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Geschier, Besteck und Gläser....
Folgende Räume musst Du mit Deine Mitbewohner teilen:
Dusch-WC, Gäste-WC, Abstellraum, Küche, Flur, Keller.
The apartment is located in Munich's Fasanerie district, which is increasingly popular.
By bike you can quickly reach the 3 lakes (Field moching lake, Fasanerie See and Lerchenauer See), which are ideal for jogging, cycling or walking. In the immediate vicinity there are various shops to cover daily needs, as well as restaurants, banks, doctors and pharmacies within walking distance.
The connections to public transport are excellent. The next S-Bahn stop "München-Fasanerie" with line S1 (direction city center and airport Munich) is within walking distance in about 8 minutes. In addition, the bus line 60 in the direction of Olympia Shopping Centre (2 stops) is located at the stop "Himmelspannstr.", which is about a 3-minute walk away, offering the connection to the subway lines U1, U3, U7 and U8 as well as bus lines 50, 163, 175 and express bus lines X35 and X36.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Münchener Stadtteil Fasanerie, der sich immer größerer Beliebtheit erfreut.
Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst Du schnell die 3 Seen (Feldmochinger See, Fasanerie See und Lerchenauer See), die ideal zum Joggen, Radeln oder Spazierengehen einladen.
