Room available in a clean, quiet 2-bedroom apartment in the middle of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. Ideally looking to rent it out til the end of May but it is possible to be flexible (for either a longer or shorter stay). 650€ per month with a 2 month deposit. Its on the 4th floor. (but there's an elevator!). High speed internet.
No smoking.

Unbeatable location with Hermannplatz (U7, U8) just up the road and bus stop (171, 194, M29) at the door stop. Spätis, Supermarkets, Restaurants ,Cafes, Bars, Takeaway foods, Bakeries, all located within a minute or two walking distance! Kreuzberg canals, Volkspark Hasenheide and Görlitzer Park all in walking distance. Could not be more on the edge of Kreuzberg and Neukölln!
You'll be sharing the humble abode with an easy going Australian pastry chef who spends his spare time cooking, drawing, producing music (and due to Covid, playing a lot of video games).
Looking for someone who is clean and respects other peoples spaces and privacy, but also easy going and have a beer or two over dinner occasionally.
