Wir suchen nette ruhige Mieter (maximal 2 Personen) für helle und gemütliche 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschoss-Wohnung mit West-Balkon, Vollholzküche, Tageslicht-Bad mit Dusche und WC in freistehendem 2-Familienhaus (Baujahr 1965).Das Haus incl. Bäder wurde vor 10 Jahren renoviert. Energieträger für Heizung und Warmwasser: Holzpellets und Sonnenkollektoren für Warm-Wasser.
ÖPNV 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, gute Verbindung nach Stuttgart (ca.40 Min.), Ludwigsburg (ca. 25 Min.) , Pforzheim (20 Min.) und Karlsruhe (ca. 60 Min.).
Wir liegen am Rande des Naturparks Stromberg-Heuchelberg (10 Min. zu Fuß). Illingen ist eine Gemeinde mit 7777 Einwohnern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Bio-Bäcker, Edeka, Illinger-Öhlmühle etc.
Haustiere sind, nach Absprache, gerne erlaubt.
30er Zone ohne Durchgangsverkehr, ruhige Wohnlage. 3 Häuserreihen von Schienenverkehr entfernt, durch Lärmschutzwand geschützt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten siehe Beschreibung Wohnung, ebenso Sonstiges.
Wir sind ein vegetarisch/veganes Ehepaar und würden uns über Gleichgesinnte freuen, ist aber kein Muss.
