Das Zimmer ist hell und hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf eine ruhige, von Bäumen gesäumte Straße. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock, aber es gibt einen Aufzug. Das Badezimmer ist überraschend geräumig für eine kleine Wohnung. Die Wohnung kommt mit einer Einbauküche, die Teil des Vertrages ist. Es gibt genügend Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller des Gebäudes für alle Mieter zu verwenden, und es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller und viele Fahrradständer außerhalb für das Gebäude.
Ich habe hier 4,5 Jahre gelebt und habe keine Beschwerden über diesen Ort. Der Hausmeister ist immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich, falls Sie etwas brauchen. Da das Gebäude neu ist, ist die Heizung auch sehr effizient und Sie müssten sie wahrscheinlich selbst im tiefsten Winter nicht einschalten (naja, es kommt darauf an, wie kälteempfindlich Sie sind, aber ich habe die Heizung in den letzten 4,5 Jahren, in denen ich hier gelebt habe, selten eingeschaltet). Ich ziehe aus, weil ich meinen Doktor abgeschlossen habe.

The room is bright with a large window facing a quiet tree-lined street. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is an elevator. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious for a small apartment. The apartment comes with a fitted kitchen which is part of the contract.There are plenty of washers and dryers in the basement of the building for all tenants to use, and there is also a bike cellar and plenty of bike racks outside for the building.
I lived here for 4.5 years and I have no complaints about this place. The Hausmeister is always approachable and very friendly if you need anything. Since the building is new, the heating is also very efficient and you probably wouldn't need to turn it on even in peak winter (well, it depends on how cold you get, but I rarely turned on the heater in the past 4.5 years that I lived here). I am moving out because I finished my PhD
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sie ist nur ein wenig vom Stadtzentrum (1,7 km zum Hauptbahnhof) und der Universität (1,5 km zur SLUB) entfernt. Das Beste ist, dass es zwei Supermärkte (ein Lidl und ein Netto) direkt neben der Wohnung gibt und man immer schnell etwas kaufen kann, falls man etwas beim Einkaufen vergessen hat. Auch der Großer Garten ist nur 800m entfernt. Die Straßenbahnlinie 11 und der Bus 61, der Sie in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt bringt, sind nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Wasaplatz mit vielen Bäckereien, Supermärkten, Apotheken, DM etc. und vielen Straßenbahn/Busverbindungen (9,13,61,63,75) ist ebenfalls nur 800 m entfernt. Der Lenneplatz ist ebenfalls nur 800 m entfernt und hat mehrere Straßenbahn-/Busverbindungen.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is only a little away from the city centre (1.7 km to Hauptbahnof) and the university (1.5 kms to SLUB). The best part is that there are two supermarkets (a Lidl and a Netto) right next to apartment and can always buy something real quick incase you forgot during your shopping. The Großer Garten is also just 800m away. Tram Line 11 and Bus 61 which takes you to city centre in a few minutes is just a 4 minute walk away. Wasaplatz which has a lot of bakeries, supermarkets, apotheke, DM etc and a lot of tram/bus connections (9,13,61,63,75) is also just 800 m away. Lenneplatz is also just 800 m away and has several tram/bus connections.
Ich bin bereit, den Großteil meiner Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Sofa und viele andere Möbel) für 250 Euro abzugeben. Aber das können wir später besprechen. Die Miete beträgt 391,57 Euro, darin sind Wasser und Heizung enthalten. Es gibt zusätzliche Kosten für Internet und Strom, die etwa 40 Euro betragen werden.

I am willing to give away most of my furniture ( bed, desk, cupboard, couch and many other furniture) for 250 euros. But we can discuss about this later. The rent is 391.57 euroes which includes water and heating. There are additional costs for Internet and electricity which will be around 40 euroes.
