Ich ziehe im Juli aus meinem Zimmer aus und suche bis Ende August eine Person zur Zwischenmiete. Ende August wird das Zimmer dann an andere Nachmieter weitergegeben. Die Möbel werden größtenteils drinnen bleiben, aber die Details können wir gerne telefonisch klären.

I will move out on July 17th and am looking for a tenant for the rest of July and August until the new tenants arrive. The furniture will stay in the room. We can gladly discuss all details on the phone.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage in der Nähe der Universität und dem Hauptbahnhof. Über den Hauptbahnhof (10 Minuten zu Fuß) lässt sich alles in Dresden schnell erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Bahnhof, aber auch sonst zahlreich vorhanden. Der nächste Supermarkt ist Netto, der 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.

The flat lies near the University and the central railway station. You have good access to public transport and can reach everything in Dresden pretty fast. There are plenty of close possibilities to go (food) shopping. The closests is Netto, which is only a two minute walk away.
Du würdest mit Oskar (23) und Franzi (21) zusammenleben, die beide an der Uni Internationale Beziehungen studieren. Die beiden würden dann im August ausziehen.

You will live togehter with Oskar (23) and Franzi (21), who both study International Relations. They will both move out in August.
