Hallo! Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in einer 2er WG im 17. Bezirk in Wien für mindestens ein Semester (Bis 1.3.25) oder maximal 2 Jahre. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Es befindet sich ein Bett mit Lattenrost und Matratze, Bettwäsche, ein Nachtkästchen, ein Schreibtisch, ein Bürosessel, lichtundurchlässige Vorhänge, ein Kleiderkasten, ein Ventilator, Teppiche, ein Papierkorb und ein Regal im Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat Doppelfenster aus Holz mit Fliegengitter. Die Vorgängerin war Nichtraucherin und die Wände und Fenster sind vor einem Jahr weiß gestrichen worden.
Wir teilen uns ein sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Esstisch (Ich liebe es Freunde zu hosten und aufzukochen). Außerdem gibt es einen Beamer im Wohnzimmer für nette Filmabende. Außerdem gibt es einen Putzplan, damit die Wohnung sauber gehalten wird und sich jeder zu Hause wohl fühlt.
The room is fully furnished. There is a bed with slatted frame and mattress, duvet and pillow, a bedside table, a desk, an office armchair, opaque curtains, a wardrobe, carpets, a fan, a waste paper basket and a shelf in the room. The room has double wooden windows with mosquito nets. The previous flatmate was a non-smoker and the walls and windows were painted white a year ago. We gonna share a living room with a big dining table. I love to host freind over for dinner. There is also a projector for nice movie nights with popcorn. Also there is a cleaning schedule so the flat stays clean and everyone feels comfortable.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr vorteilhaft. Der Elterleinplatz ist eine halbe Minute entfernt. Die Straßenbahn 43 bringt einem schnell zur U6 Alser Straße oder in 10 Min. zum Schottentor. Die Straßenbahn 9 fährt auch am Elterleinplatz. Wir haben ein kleines Einkaufszentrum (Post, Libro, Billa, Bipa...) 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Interspar und den Brunnenmarkt in der Nähe. Das Zimmer liegt gegenüber einer Volksschule. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig. Kein direkter Autoverkehr vor dem Zimmer. Die Kirchenglocken sind ab und zu zuhören.
The location of the apartment is very advantageous. Elterleinplatz is half a minute away. Tram 43 takes you quickly to U6 Alser Straße or in 10 minutes to Schottentor, the city center. Tram 9 also runs on Elterleinplatz. We have a small shopping center (Post, Libro, Billa, Bipa ...) 2 minutes walk away. There is also an Interspar and the Brunnenmarkt nearby. The room is opposite an elementary school. The location is relatively quiet. No direct car traffic in front of the room. The church bells can be heard from time to time.

Kurz zu meiner Person: Ich bin ursprünglich aus Oberösterreich mit ägyptischen Wurzeln. Seit Jahren arbeite ich als Fotografin, aber zurzeit schreibe ich an meiner Masterarbeit in Kunstgeschichte. Ich bin eine sehr lebensfrohe Person, die am liebsten koche ich und lade Freunde zum Dinner. Ich gehe auch gerne ins Kino oder schau mir einen Klassiker auf der Couch an. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig, daher gibt es auch einen Putzplan. Ich hoffe, wir lernen uns bald kennen :)
