i am subletting my beautiful and cozy flat in the heart of Friedrichshain, while I am working abroad.
The appartement is fully furnished, has separate bedroom, living room, big kitchen, bathroom and provides everything you need for your daily life. Like washing machine, wifi, dishwasher, and kitchen supplies. The apartment also has a balcony.

The apartment is located close to Boxhagenerplatz and you can find tons of great bars, restaurants and fun activities around. You have a selection of different supermarkets in the radium of 5min by foot. The Tram, U5 and Ringbahn are reachable in under 5 min (tram starts right in front of the door).
I am looking for a person, that appreciates my beloved flat, treats it with care and is also willing to water my plants during the stay.
The rent of 1150€ refers to the rent for the entire timeframe of 5 weeks, max 1-2 persons.
This is a non-smoking flat, so please do not smoke in the flat (You can use the balcony to smoke tough).
No parties or events.
