Erdgeschoss, im Hinterhaus. Fenster zum Hof. Es ist ruhig und grün. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße mit wenig Verkehr. S-Bahn Tretpower Park 12 min. zu Fuß. Bus 194 ist 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. U-Bahn Schlesisches Tor ca.17 min. zu Fuß, U-Bahn Görlitzer Park ca. 20min. Fußweg.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort bis 19. Juni verfügbar. Auch wochenweise Vermietung ist möglich. Preis pro Woche: 300€. Preis für einen gesamten Monat: 900€

Du bekommst eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit guten Vibes und vielen Pflanzen. Als Zwischenmieter(in) wünsche ich mir jemanden, der respektvoll damit umgeht, sie schätzt und sauber hält. Bevorzugt eine ruhige Person, die nicht raucht.
In der Wohnung bitte keine Parties und nicht rauchen.
Die Kaution und die Monatsmiete ist in bar bei Vertragsabschluss zu bezahlen.
Die Wohnung hat noch ein zweites Zimmer, das ab dem 1. Juli zeitweise von mir genutzt wird.
