The flat is located on the 2nd floor of the Heinz-Hilpert-Straße residential complex. The flat has a 13m2 bedroom and a 29m2 living room. There is a small hallway and a spacious storage room. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and the spacious bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The flat is suitable for a working person.
The inclusive rent includes basic rent, heating/hot water and electricity. In addition, a furnishing surcharge is included, as the flat is fully equipped with high-quality furniture. If required, the underground garage belonging to the flat can be rented as well (for additional 50 euros/month).
The flat is in a very quiet location in the east side of Göttingen and offers a fantastic view of the city and its surroundings. The bedroom and living room both face out west, towards Göttingen city center, so the flat is very bright especially in the second part of the day. Göttingen's city forest is right behind the building and it is an ideal place for walking, cycling and jogging. The city center and the nearest shopping facilities are very easy to reach on foot, by bike or by bus (with bus 50 from the Rohns stop).
The apartment building has a laundry room with 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, both operated with coins. When I rented the flat (15 months ago) I also bought a new washing machine, which I can sell to the next tenant for approx. 200 euros.
The displayed rent is intended for one tenant, requests from couples are also welcomed, in that case the rent will be 800 euros (+30 euros in Utility Costs). The owner is looking for tenants which can rent for at least one year. No pets allowed.
