As I am on 01.06. the WG will leave my approx. 15sqm room free.
I would like to leave my wardrobe in the room for a small discount in the room (and other WG purchases are included in the discount), otherwise the room will be handed over unfurnished:)
Da ich zum 01.06. die WG verlasse wird mein ca. 15qm Zimmer frei.
Ich würde gerne meinen Kleiderschrank, die Rollos im Zimmer gegen einen kleinen Abschlag im Zimmer lassen (und in dem Abschlag sind auch andere WG anschaffungen inbegriffen), ansonsten wird das zimmer unmöbliert übergeben :)
The apartment is located in the popular RHW. Many HSP sports facilities are right around the corner.
The university and some university buildings are 5 minutes walk away. In the city centre you need about 5-7 minutes by bike. Also for shopping it is not so far, by bike you are at the York Center in about 5 minutes and there is an Aldi, Rewe, Lidl and DM.
The Campus-gym and the Campus Café is right in front of the front door and there is usually always a parking space on one of the two large parking spaces in front of the houses.
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten RHW. Viele HSP-Sportanlagen sind direkt um die Ecke.
Die Fachhochschule und einige Uni Gebäude sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In die Innenstadt benötigt man ca 5-7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Auch zum Einkaufen ist es nicht so weit, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 5 Minuten am York-Center und dort gibt es einen Aldi, Rewe, Lidl und DM.
Das Campus-gym und das Campus Café ist direkt vor der Haustür und es gibt meistens immer einen Parkplatz auf einem der beiden großen Parkplätze vor den Häusern.

The WG life is very relaxed. As you divide the kitchen and the bathroom, you meet more often in the hallway or in the kitchen on a nice conversation.
Lea is no longer expected to stay too long in the WG, which is why you could cast a new*n roommate in winter :)
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Lea (24), sie hat grade ihre Masterarbeit abgegeben.
Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt. Da man sich die Küche und das Bad teilt, trifft man sich häufiger im Flur oder in der Küche auf ein nettes Gespräch.
Lea bleibt voraussichtlich nicht mehr allzulange in der WG, weswegen du zum Winter hin eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in casten könntest :)
