Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage in Frankfurt Westend anlässlich einer Reise zwischen Juli und Mitte-September unter. Sie ist natürlich vollständig möbliert (inklusive Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Geschirr und Besteck etc.).

Es ist eine helle Nichtraucher-Wohnung im Erdgeschoss in einem sehr lebenswerten Stadtteil in Frankfurt. Aufgrund Ihres Zuschnitts ist sie für Singles und Pärchen geeignet. Eine WG für maximal 2 Personen ist aber auch möglich - das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ausziehbar.

I am subletting my flat in Frankfurt Westend as I'm going on a trip between July and mid-September. It is of course fully furnished (including dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc.).

It is a great, bright, non-smoking flat in a very liveable district in Frankfurt. It is suitable for singles and couples. A shared flat (WG) for a maximum of two persons is also possible - the couch in the living room is retractable.

Lage / Location
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße vom Reuterweg nur wenige Gehminuten vom Opernplatz (5 Min.) und Innenstadt (10 Min.). Supermärkte (Rewe, Penny), Ärzte und der öfftl. Nahverkehr (Alte Oper, Westend, Grüneburgweg, Taunusanlage), sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die nahen Grüneburgpark sowie Rothschildpark laden zum Joggen und/oder Entspannen ein.

The flat is located in a side street of Reuterweg, only a few minutes' walk from the Opernplatz (5 min) and downtown Frankfurt (10 min) with its many restaurants, cafés and bars. Supermarkets (Rewe, Penny), doctors and public transport (Alte Oper, Westend, Grüneburgweg, Taunusanlage) are within walking distance. The nearby Grüneburgpark and Rothschildpark invite you to go running and/or to relax.

Der Mietzeitraum ist 30.06.-15.09.2024. Die monatliche Miete beträgt €1.100 all in. Ein Abschlag für alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Gas, Internet etc. ist bereits im Mietpreis enthalten.
