ich wohne in einer schönen Sechser WG die ein ganzes Haus umfasst (inklusive Garten, Garage, Baumhaus & kleiner Kellerbar). Wir führen ein unkompliziertes und nettes zusammenleben. Dazu liefert das Haus viel Platz um etwas zusammen zu machen aber man kann auch gut zeit alleine verbringen wenn man mal eine Auszeit braucht. Dafür bietet sich mein Zimmer auch perfekt an es befindet sich im Dachgeschoss. Dank der Dachfenster ist das Zimmer auch sehr hell und gemütlich. Es ist möbliert mit einem 1,40m Bett, Schreibtisch, Couch, Bücherregal Kleiderschrank, Kommode, etc. Gerne könnt Ihr euch das Zimmer auch vorher mal anschauen und vielleicht schon den ein oder anderen Mitbewohner kennen lernen.
Da ich auf Reisen gehe biete ich mein Zimmer für den Zeitraum von 9. Mai 2024 - 15. Juni 2024 zur Zwischenmiete an. Was die Zeitspanne angeht so bin ich relativ flexibel, die Nutzung könnte auch kürzer sein. Die Miete pro Monat beträgt 425 Euro, wozu nochmal 50 Euro für Internet und Strom dazukommen und weitere 100 Euro für die WG Kasse aus der Nahrungsmittel finanziert werden. (Wir teilen alle Lebensmittel, welche gemeinschaftlich aus dieser WG Kasse gekauft werden). Dazu würde ich auf eine Kaution von 300 Euro bestehen.
Weiteres zum Haus: Wir haben eine große Küche mit Wohnzimmer, es gibt 2 Badezimmer (beide mit Dusche und eines auch zusätzlich mit Badewanne) und ein separates WC, eine Garage für Fahrräder, einen geräumigen Garten mit Baumhaus & eine kleine Bar im Keller.

I live in a nice six-person flat share that includes a whole house (including garden, garage, tree house & small basement bar). We lead an uncomplicated and nice life together. In addition, the house provides plenty of space to do something together but you can also spend time alone if you need some time out. My room is perfect for this, it is located in the attic. Thanks to the skylights the room is also very bright and cozy. It is furnished with a 1.40m bed, desk, couch, bookshelf and closet, etc. You are welcome to take a look at the room beforehand and maybe already get to know one or the other roommate.
Since I'm going to travel I would like to offer my room for the period from 09th Mai 2024 to 15th June 2024 for interim rent. As for the time period so I am relatively flexible, so the sublet could be for a shorter duration as well. The rent per month is 425 euros, to which another 50 euros for Internet and electricity are added and another 100 euros for the WG account from the food is financed. (We share all food, which is bought jointly from this WG account). In addition, I would insist on a deposit of 300 euros.
More about the house: We have a large kitchen with living room, there are 2 bathrooms (both with shower and one also with bathtub) and a separate toilet, a garage for bikes, a spacious garden with tree house & a small bar in the basement.

Die S-Bahn Haltestelle "Kirchheim-Rohrbach" ist in 3 min zu erreichen und von dort ist man in weiteren 3 min am HB Heidelberg. Die Straßenbahn ist 7 min in die andere Richtung, Haltestelle "Kirchheim Rathaus". Parken kann man direkt auf der Straße vor dem Haus und in den umgebenen Straßen.
My flat is a bunch of cool people and we really enjoy meeting spontaneously in the kitchen-bar-treehouse-garden to talk, cook, eat, craft, play games or simply to hang out.
We are looking for someone for meaningful and not so meaningful conversations, someone who enjoys the company of others. Of course, when you want to be alone in your room, that is also okay.
Currently, many of us are working, so during the day it is usually quiet in the house, but in the evening and on the weekends there are usually people around.

Ich leben mit einem Haufen cooler Socken zusammen, die sich sehr gerne spontan zusammen in der Küche/Bar/Baumhaus/Garten treffen, um zu quatschen, zu kochen, zu werkeln, zu spielen, oder einfach Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Wenn Du also über Unarten wie laute Musik, Gesellschaftsspiele oder ver- und gespielte Intellektualität hinwegsehen oder gar lachen kannst, bist Du hier richtig ;)
Gesucht wird ergo jemand für sinnvolle und sinnentleerte Gespräche, der sich selbstverständlich auch mal zurückziehen kann, aber ebenso die Sonne im Garten oder Gesellschaft im Wohnzimmer genießt ... keinesfalls eine Zweck-WG also, doch, keine Angst, auch kein zwanghaftes Miteinander!
Im Moment sind einige von uns zu Arbeitstieren geworden und es ist tagsüber eher ruhig, dafür wird am Wochenende oder abends zusammen gesessen.
