Im Dezember, Januar und Februar hast Du die Möglichkeit in meiner Wohnung zu überwintern.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2,5 Zimmer: eine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zu Balkon und kleinem Garten. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und Du kannst alles benutzen. Was Du nicht brauchst, werde ich vorher ausräumen.
Couch, Schreibtisch, Fernseher im Wohnzimmer kannst Du gerne nutzen.
In der Küche findest Du Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und einen neuen Kühlschrank mit geringem Energieverbrauch.
Im Badezimmer findest Du außerdem eine Waschmaschine.
Ob der Gasgrill über den Winter auf dem Balkon bleibt muss ich mir noch überlegen :-)

In December, January and February you have the opportunity to spend the winter in my apartment.
The apartment has a total of 2.5 rooms: a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a living room with access to a balcony and a small garden. It is located on the first floor.
The apartment is fully furnished and you can use everything. What you do not need, I will clear out beforehand.
You are welcome to use the couch, desk and TV in the living room.
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, coffee maker and a new refrigerator with low energy consumption.
In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine.
Whether the gas grill remains on the balcony over the winter I still have to think about :-)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Darmstadt West in der Schepp Allee in direkter Nähe zur Hochschule (h_da). Obwohl zentral gelegen ist es in der Straße selbst sehr ruhig (es ist eine Sackgasse) und grün.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 5min entfernt. Es sind nur 10-15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und etwa 10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt.
Die nächsten Einkaufszentren sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (z.B. Aldi, Getränkemarkt, Marktkauf, …).

The apartment is located in Darmstadt West in Schepp Allee in close proximity to the Hochschule (h_da). Although centrally located, the street itself is very quiet (it is a dead end street) and green.
The nearest bus stop is 5min away. It is only 10-15min to the main train station and about 10min to the city center.
The nearest shopping centers are 5min walking distance (e.g. Aldi, Getränkemarkt, Marktkauf, ...).
Ich würde mich freuen die Wohnung über die Wintermonate Dezember, Januar, Februar untervermieten zu können, da ich verreisen werde. Bitte melde Dich, wenn Du Interesse an der möblierten Wohnung hast.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Gastherme im Bad. Diese lässt sich separat aus- und abschalten.
Ich würde gerne die Nebenkosten während der Zwischenmiete genau abrechnen (anhand des Gaszählers und Stromzählers vor und nach der Zwischenmiete). Ich rechne damit, dass es mit den gestiegenen Preisen etwa 400 Euro monatlich sein werden.
