Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete

aufgrund meines Praktikums möchte ich mein kleines Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen 3er-WG gern noch einmal weiter untervermieten. Die Wohnung liegt im zentralen Friedrichshain, ist ein sanierter Altbau die WG, große Wohnküche, Balkon, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, + trockenen Keller. Gesucht wird eine sexuell sehr open minded Mitbewohnerin (w). Wir leben hier innerhalb der WG eine offene F+ miteinander. Alle Arten von sexuell positiv daher willkommen. Tiere eventuell und nach Absprache möglich, möglichst NR, jedoch solltest Du offen für alle Arten der Ernährung (veg. + Fleischesser) sein.

due to my internship, I would like to sublet my small room in our cozy three-person shared apartment. The apartment is located in central Friedrichshain, is a renovated old building, has a large kitchen-living room, a balcony, a washing machine and dishwasher, and a dry basement. We are looking for a sexually very open-minded roommate (female). We live here as an open-minded F+ couple. All sex-positive relationships are therefore welcome.
