Die Wohnung ist gerade frisch saniert und immer noch im Prozess des Einzuges. Leider kann ich die Wohnung erstmal dann selber nicht beziehen, da ich beruflich für ein Projekt für ein halbes Jahr woanders wohne. Gemütlich warm und mit persönlichen Flair in Form von viel Kunst an den Wänden. Küche ist voll equipt. Wir wohnten jetzt für 2 Monaten mit unseren zwei Kindern in der Wohnung. War eine schöne Zeit. Furnished and full equipped 80m2 flat in Moabit, very close to the S-Bahn/Ringbahn Beusselstraße and several buses. The flat has just been refurbished. It has two big rooms with a lot of light and has everything one needs to feel at home. Unfortunately, I won't be able to move into the flat myself for the time being, as I'm living somewhere else for six months for a project. Cosy, warm and decorated with style and art. The kitchen is also fully equipped. The flat is walking distance from the main supermarkets like Rewe, Alnatura, DM as well as restaurants and bars.
Wohnung liegt 5 min von der S-Bahn entfernt. Diverse Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Man ist in 3 min auf dem Autobahn-Ring. Im Sommer sind Orte wie der Plötzensee. ZKU und die Spree fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Hinterhof gibt es im Sommer eine Grillmöglichkeit. Echte Berliner Hinterhof-Atmosphäre mit Nachmittags Sonne.

The flat is 5 minute walk from the S-Bahn and Bus station. Various supermarkets are within walking distance (Rewe, Alnatura, BioCompany, DM...). The highway is 3 minutes away. In summer, places like the Plötzensee. ZKU and the Spree are within walking distance. There is a barbecue in the backyard in summer. Real Berlin backyard atmosphere with afternoon sun.
Es handelt sich hier um eine Zwischen-Miete. Wir kommen nach 7 Monaten wieder und freuen uns, wenn die Wohnung respektvoll benutzt wurde. Danke.
