Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Wohnung in Eimsbüttel eährend ich im Ausland bin.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, aber die Gegend ist super sicher und vor allem total ruhig. Ich wohne seit 4 Jahren hier und fühle mich pudelwohl. Der Garten hat Südlage und ist im Sommer ein Traum.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche, ein toll geschnittenes, großes Badezimmer, das wir uns teilen würden.
Trotz Erdgeschoss ist es sehr hell in der Wohnung, weil die Fenster sehr hoch sind – es ist hier heller als in so mancher Wohnung im dritten Stock.
Meine Nachbarn sind überwiegend junge Leute und es ist total entspannt und ruhig hier.

I am renting out my beautiful flat in Eimsbüttel duting my absence.
The flat is on the ground floor, but the area is super safe and above all totally quiet. I have been living here for 4 years and feel very comfortable. The garden faces south and summer time feels like holidays here.
The flat has a large kitchen, a great bathroom which we would share.
Despite being on the ground floor very bright in the flat because the windows are very high - it's brighter here than in many a third-floor flat.
My neighbors are mostly young people and it is totally relaxed and quiet here.
Die Bushaltestelle Startoriusstraße ist direkt um die Ecke, zur U-Bahn Osterstraße sind es 10 Minuten Fußweg. Die S-Bahn Langenfelde ist 7 Minuten Gehweg entfernt und bringt dich super schnell nach Altona.
Ein Penny und Rewe City sind ebenfalls 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die Gegend ist geprägt von schönen Altbauten, sodass es zum Nachbarschaft Erkunden einlädt.

The Startoriusstraße bus stop is right around the corner, and it's a 10-minute walk to the Osterstraße underground station. The Langenfelde S-Bahn is a 7-minute walk away and takes you super fast to Altona.
A Penny and Rewe City are also 5 minutes away.
The area is characterized by beautiful old buildings, so it invites you to explore the neighborhood.
Gas, Strom und Wasser könnten wir auch separat abrechnen – je nach Verbrauch.
Der Hund gehört nicht dazu ;-)
