Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein großes WG-geeignetes mehr Personen Haus im Altbaucharme. Bestehend aus drei 1-Zimmer-Apartments (für je 1-2 Pax) und zwei größeren Wohnungen (für bis zu 5 Pax). Das Haus ist möbliert zu vermieten, auf Wunsch aber auch un-/ oder halt teilmöbliert.
The house contains three 1-room apartments (for 1-2 pers.) and two bigger apartments (for up to 5 pers.). The house is furnished available but also without any furniture if desired.
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Stadt. Die RWTH ist sehr gut erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch ein Imbiss direkt gegenüber, wenn man es doch nicht geschafft hat zu kochen. Der Bahnhof Schanz ist in einer Minute fußläufig erreichbar.
The house is very centrally located but in a quiet environment. Two supermarkets nearly next door and a trainstation you can reach by a minute walk. The RWTH is also very easy to reach.
Eins der Apartments hat Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon. Hinten am Haus befindet sich eine Art Innenhof/Gartenterasse die dann vollen genutzt werden könnte.
Vorranging denken wir daran, dass Haus gerne direkt an eine Gruppe von Studenten/innen zu vermieten. Vorzugsweise an eine Korporation oder Organisierte Gemeinschaft. Falls Interesse besteht, könnt ihr euch gerne bei mir melden.
One of the apartments has access to a balcony. Behind the house there is a inner courtyard which could be used by all residents.
Primarily we wish to rent the house to a group of students and not individually. Preferably we would like to rent it to a organized community or corporation. If you're interested, don't hesitate to text me. :)
