Hallo Zusammen!

Wir fahren in den Urlaub und möchten unser zu Hause für den Zeitraum vom 07.03.24 - 17.03.24 untervermieten. Idealerweise an ein Pärchen oder eine kleine Familie, die gut auf unser zu Hause aufpassen, insbesondere auf unsere 2 süße Katzen. Das Angebot ist nur für Katzenliebhaber! :)

Das Haus besteht aus einer offenen Küche mit Essbereich, das sich zum Wohnzimmer hin öffnet. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine breite Fensterfront zum Garten (Blick ins Grüne!) und hat einen offenen Kamin. Im EG gibt es auch ein separates Arbeitszimmer mit höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und Tür zum Garten, sowie ein modernes Badezimmer mit begehbarer, barrierefreier Dusche.

Im 1.OG gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer, sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Wir würden das Gästezimmer als Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung stellen. Alles ist voll möbliert (auch Bettbezug, etc.).

3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt fährt der Bus 125. 15 Gehminuten oder 5 Radminuten vom Haus entfernt fährt die S-Bahn S1 (Station Frohnau). In ca. 30 min seid ihr an der Friedrichstraße, Potsdamer Platz oder Brandenburger Tor. Ein Pkw Stellplatz steht zur Verfügung

Frohnau ist ein ruhiger Bezirk mit viel Grün. Ideal, wenn man der Stadt entkommen will, und trotzdem nicht auf sie verzichten will.

Hello everyone!

We are going on holiday and would like to sublet our home for the period 07.03.24 - 17.03.24. Ideally, to a couple or a small family who will take good care of our house, especially our 2 sweet cats. The offer is only for cat lovers! :)

The house consists of an open-plan kitchen with dining area that opens onto the living room. The living room has a wide window front to the garden (view into the green!) and has an open fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a separate study with a height-adjustable desk and a door to the garden, as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in, barrier-free shower.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a children's room, as well as a further bathroom with bathtub. We would make the guest room available as a bedroom. Everything is fully furnished (including bed linen, etc.).

Bus 125 is a 3-minute walk from the house. The S-Bahn S1 (Frohnau station) is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute cycle ride from the house. In about 30 minutes you are at Friedrichstraße, Potsdamer Platz or Brandenburger Tor. A car parking space is available

Frohnau is a quiet district with lots of greenery. Ideal if you want to get away from the city crazyness, but don't want to miss out on it.
