Das Haus hat eine Grundfläche von 10 m2, aber eine zweite Etage. Es ist ein Tiny House, also für eine Person perfekt. Es gibt ein Bad und eine Küche, 6 Fenster und ist möbliert. Es gibt eine Terasse vor dem Haus und einen sehr großen Garten um das Haus herum in dem noch ein anderes Haus steht mit einer 4er Frauen WG.
Davon abgesehen ist das Gelände im Wald, in der Wuhlheide. Es gibt keine anderen Häuser im Umkreis von 1,5 km. Jedoch ist es trotzdem überraschend nah an der S3, wesegen man sich fühlt, als wäre man in der Natur, aber man ist trotzdem sehr schnell im Zentrum Berlin. 10 Minuten bis Ostkreuz, 20 bis Alexanderplatz.
Das Haus ist für 2 Monate frei. Es steht ein Klavier drin und ein paar Möbel. Den Garten kann man komplett nutzen. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle, einen Tisch, Bänke. Nebenan wohnen auch 2 Pferde.
