My Name is Ashwin.. I live with my friend in this shared room. The room is really a big one; 24 Meter square. It is really suitable for students as well as couples. It can very comfortably be shared between 2 persons (425€ × 2 ; total rent including all Costs is 850€)..And it is one among the 5 rooms present in the house.. It is at the 2nd floor of the house. The house has all the facilities required. It is really a modern new one... It has got 3 bathrooms in total, one @ each floors.. It has also got 2 ovens in the kitchen.
You also have your own Toaster, Television and Refrigerator inside your room.. In Addition to this, you will also be provided with the basic facilities like 2 beds, 2 study tables + another bigger one, a large wardrobe and 2 drying racks...you also have wasing Maschines...
It is located at one of the calmest Locations ever.. It has all the basic facilities nearby.. It has Rewe within a 10 Minute walk... You also have Lidl and Rossmann in very close proximity.. It has also got bar near by.. ;) ..
The Transport is also really great.. You can easily reach Südkreuz within a 30 to 35 Minute ride... You have got the Bus stop just 7 to 8 minutes away from your house. The S Bahn station is also just a 100 meters away from the house...!
Since we are subleasing this room , Anmeldung is not possible.. And in addition to this we would like to have someone who would like to stay here atleast for a Minimum of 4 months... Further Extensions is always possible ;)
