- Der See ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt
- 65 qm, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badewanne, Yoga-/Umkleideraum, Schlafzimmer
- 990€ Miete (inkl Internet, das ist genau der Preis den ich selber zahle) - falls du super gern hier wohnen würdest und es nur wegen dem Geld nicht geht…schreib mir und lets talk!

This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants/needs to spend the winter close to Berlin and also wants nature.

- 20min by car to Bernau to the SBahn snd train (13min to Gesundbrunnen, 30min to Schönhsuser Allee, 20min to central station)
- Garden gate opens into the forest
- The lake is 5min walk away
- 65 sqm, living room, kitchen, bathtub, yoga/changing room, bedroom
- 990€ rent (including internet, thats exactly the price that Iniay myself) if you really would like like to live here, but money is the onky reason why it seems like it wont work for you…send me a message and lets talk!
- Option to rent my car (car is very useful here unless you don't mind cycling or are flexible to adapt to bus times to Bernau)
- Singles are preferred, but couples (or friends) also welcome

You live on the property with a lovely couple as direct neighbors, our landlady (perhaps also traveling) and three other lovely, conscious people AND…we have three cats! (but dont go into the house)
