Das Haus verfügt über 5 Zimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Gästetoilette und eine Küche. Außerdem gibt es einen Abstellraum im Keller und eine Waschküche.
Zur Ostseite hin hat das Haus zwei Balkone und eine Terasse, die zum Garten hinausführt. Auf der Westseite befindet sich der Vorgarten.
Die Küche, die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, bleibt drin. Die anderen Möbel werden wir mitnehmen, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit das Haus mit den Möbeln des Vermieters teilmöbliert anzubieten, falls das gewünscht ist.

The house has 5 rooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a kitchen. There is also a storage room in the basement and a laundry room. On the east side, the house has two balconies and a terrace that leads out to the garden. On the west side is the front garden.
The kitchen, which can be seen in the photos, remains inside. We will take the other furniture with us, but there is the possibility to offer the house with the landlord's furniture partially furnished, if desired.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Mit der Tramlinie 5 oder der S-Bahn kommt man schnell nach Heidelberg oder Mannheim. Aber auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca 15 Minuten in Wieblingen und in 20-30 Minuten in Mannheim.

The house is located in a quiet housing estate. With the tram line 5 or the S-Bahn you can quickly get to Heidelberg or Mannheim. But also by bike you are in about 15 minutes in Wieblingen and in 20-30 minutes in Mannheim.
Wir haben als WG hier gewohnt und uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Wohnbereich und die Außenbereiche sind sehr einladend, um zusammen zu sitzen. Allerdings ziehen wir zum 01.08 aus und würden uns freuen, wenn das Haus für die nächsten Monate nicht leer stehen müsste. Unser Vermieter ist derzeit im Ausland, deshalb werden wir uns bis zu seiner Rückkehr weiterhin um das Haus kümmern und sind auch eure Ansprechpartner.

We lived here as a shared flat and always felt very comfortable. The large living area and outdoor areas are very inviting to sit together. However, we are moving out on 01.08 and would be happy if the house did not have to be empty for the next few months. Our landlord is currently abroad, so we will continue to take care of the house until his return and are also your contacts.
