Es handelt sich um ein Reihen Mittelhaus. Im Erdgeschoß gibt es einen großen Wohn-, Essbereich und eine Gästetoilette. Durch eine große Glastür geht man auf die Terrasse und in den Garten. Im ersten OG gibt es drei Zimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Im DG wohnt eine 44jährige Frau mit Down Syndrom, die dort schon seit vielen Jahren sehr selbständig lebt. Sie hat dort ihr eigenes Bad. Außerdem gibt es noch einen großen Keller, in dem die Waschmaschine steht.
Das Reihenhaus ist ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Schulen und Ämter sind alle zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten und in weiteren 10 - 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Zug in Freiburg. Die nächste Häuserreihe ist weit entfernt auf der anderen Seite eines Baches.
Im Dachgeschoß bleibt eine Frau mit Down Syndrom wohnen. Es fallen für die Mitbewohner*innen keine Betreuungsaufgaben an.
