Hey hallo, ich schaue mir morgen eine Wohnung in einem Altbau an, aus der ich gern eine neue und wundervolle WG machen würde.
Die Gesamtmete beträgt 700 € warm (für 4 Personen).
Zimmer gibt es 2 kleine und 2 große - deshalb Preisaufteilung: zwischen 100 und 250 €. Es gibt einen tollen Balkon mit Blick in den grünen Garten und ein wirklich schickes Treppenhaus.
Eine Küche ist leider noch nicht drin, aber ich denke da lässt sich was günstiges & schönes finden, bzw. viellecht bringt ja eine_r der neuen Mitbewohner_innen was mit, genauso wie Waschmaschiene und Co. (:
