Das Mietobjekt ist Teil einer Hofreite. Es besteht aus 2 großen Zimmern, 2 kleinen Zimmern, Küche, Bad. Die Decken im Erdgeschoss sind niedrig (ca 2 Meter). Geheizt wird im Erdgeschoss mit Nachtspeicheröfen. Die Räume im 1. Stock sind unbeheizt. Die Decken sind in einem Raum ebenfalls niedrig. Das Haus ist teilunterkellert. Zugang von außen.
Das Haus wurde bis vor Kurzem bewohnt. Es ist aber definitiv sanierungsbedürftig. Dies kann nach eigenen Vorstellungen durch den Mieter erfolgen.
Das Haus eignet sich für eine Studenten-WG oder für Einzelpersonen oder ein Paar. Egal wie der Zustand ist, es ist ein Nichtraucherhaus.
