ich bin eine sehr hübsche und topmoderne Doppelhaushälfte, die eine/n zweite/n Mieter/in sucht. Meine Räume setzen sich insgesamt zusammen aus einer großzügigen Wohnküche (mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle etc.) sowie 4 schönen Wohnräumen und zwei Bädern (Dusche und WC). Überall - außer im Bad - liegt hochwertiges Eichenparkett. Außerdem sind drei geflieste Kellerräume vorhanden, die z.B. auch als Büro- oder Fitnessraum genutzt werden könnten. Im Energie- u. Wasserverbrauch bin ich äußerst sparsam, da ich nicht nur eine Wasserzisterne für die Toilettenspülung, sondern auch Wärmekollektoren auf dem Dach besitze.
Komm doch einfach mal vorbei und schau mich an! :-)
