Bus und Bahn (U2, Karl-Preis-Platz) sind in 5 bzw. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
It's a complete house with a garden. You will be living with a German male (29). He works at a supermarket, so you can have all kinds of free vegetable, fruits and meat. He is a really nice person, but struggles a bit with English.
Bus and U-Bhan (U2) are reachable in 5 and 10 minutes respectively.
