$525 / 4br - Cozy, Sunny Apartment with 4 Bedrooms in Boston, MA

Hi all,

We are four college students looking for tenants for our cozy and sunny apartment in Mission Hill, Boston, MA from May 2007 onwards.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The shared rooms are all fully furnished and equipped (couches, TV, kitchen utensils etc.) Beyond this, the rooms itself come partly furnished so that you virtually don't have to worry about anything.

We also have high speed internet, cable TV (there is an additional cable TV connection in the spare room) and phone in the apartment.

The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the Northeastern campus. A T-Station, bus stops, a laundromat and supermarkets are only a few steps away.

The total monthly lease for each room will be $525. There will be no additional fees. Utilities are not included.

This is an entire flat with four separate rooms available from May 1 2007 onwards. If you (and your friends) would be interested in one (or more) room, we would greatly appreciate if you could send us an email with a short description of yourself.
