Unsere WG in einer Finca, 8 km von Palma de Mallorca Zentrum entfernt, ist neben dem Finca-Chalet in Marratxi wohl die zweitgrößte und professionellste Wohngemeinschaft auf der Insel.
Bis zu 6 Personen können maximal in dem riesigen Anwesen von 300 m2 Wohnfläche und 35.000 m2 Grundstück wohnen.
Zwei Badezimmer, eine große Küche und Speisekammer, mehrere Kühlschränke, Küchengeräte und alles was es so gibt, WiFi, Parkplatz und mehrere private Pools.
Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Flughafens, in Casablanca am Land, neben der Autobahn Palma-Manacor und es gibt ständig Fluglärm und leichten Autolärm, wenn man im Freien ist. Die Finca selbst hat im ersten Stock neue Climalitfenster. Für Lärmempfindiche ist dieses Haus nichts, dafür kann man auch selber ohne Limit Lärm machen (Musik, Party etc.).
