The House is at 2 mn from a Wood, near comerces, a lac and a Golf.
3 rooms, each one furnishd with a desk, a chair; and a cabinet :
1 with a terase (15 square meters), dobble bed,.
1 with a sigle bed
1 with two singles beds
1 Bathroom with a Shower, a bath, a washing machine
1 big living-room, with an American Kitchen ( Fridge, owen, microwave, dishwasher, equipment for cleaning and cooking…)
The rent for each room : 630 euros all included, with a maid coming once a month. ( without electricity and heating : around 30 euros every month).
APL possible ( financial help) : around 150 to 200 euros.
