Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, dennoch zentral gelegen: 2 Minuten fußläufig ins Zentrum., wo Öffis im Stundentakt (wochentags auch öfters) ins 20 km entfernte Salzburg fahren. Mattsee besticht durch seine Lage inmitten eines 3-Seen-Gebietes und bietet einen sehr hohen Erholungsfaktor. Schulen, Arzt und Freizeiteinrichtungen vorhanden.
Der Mieter sollte nebst Freude am Landleben auch Zeit und Muße für Gartenbetreuung mitbringen. Hobby-Handwerker finden ein großes Betätigungsfeld, da nordseitig ein großer Holzschuppen (13 m Länge) zum Basteln einlädt.
Mietdauer: 3 Jahresverträge sind üblich - mit Option auf Verlängerung
