Großes Niedersachsenhaus in der Nähe von Hemmoor: 14 x 29 m (406 qm), davon (14 x 17) ca. 250 qm Wohnfläche. 6 Zimmer, große Diele, Küche und Bad. Werkstatt 40 qm und eine Tenne mit 130 qm Platz. Gaszentralheizung, alternativ Holz. Das Gelände ist ca. 10.000 qm groß, mit altem Baumbestand incl. großem Baumhaus. Zentraler Kraftort ist ein 300 Jahre alter Walnusbaum. Wir suchen neue Perspektiven als Wohngemeinschaftsprojekt. Vielleicht habt ihr noch Ideen, was man aus dem schönen Gelände machen kann.

Wir wünschen uns nette Mitbewohner, die mit uns alternative, ökologische Ideen realisieren, und das große Grundstück neu beleben. Platz und Land ist vorhanden, wir brauchen Idealisten und LebensKünstler mit Wissen, Einsatz und Mut. Wünschenswert ist Eigenverantwortung und Selbständigkeit.
