WG Neugründung in neu renoviertem Reihenhaus mit kleinem Garten. Großes Wohnzimmer und Küche im EG, 6 Zimmer (zwei davon sehr klein) im 1. OG. Zwei Bäder mit Dusche. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Bad im 1. OG. Beide Bäder mit Fenster.
Garage und Stellplatz im Preis mit drin. Kleines Gartenhaus vorhanden. Katze erlaubt.
Ruhige Gegend mit vielen Familien. Nördlich der Innenstadt. Pendeltåg (Zug) Haltestelle erreichbar in 10-Minuten Fußweg und von dort ca 15 Minuten bis in die Stockholmer Innenstadt. Gute Radwege zur Uni, ich brauche ca 30 Minuten mit einem gutem Rad. In der Nähe vom Migrantenviertel Tensta -> tolle Märkte mit günstigem Obst und Gemüse.
Bisher sind wir zu zweit. Suche 3 weitere Mitbewohnis. Würde mich als offen für Neues, klimabewusst, links, aktiv, gut gelaunt und selbst reflektiert beschreiben. Wohne seit vielen Jahren in WGs und möchte dass das auch so bleibt :-)
