ich vermiete ein kleine Häuschen (Doppelhaushälfte) in Ulm-Unterweiler. Unterweiler ist ein Dorf ca. 12 km von Ulm entfernt mit guter Busanbindung an Ulm und Wiblingen.
Zum 01.08.2017 werden zwei Zimmer frei. Das dritte Zimmer ist seit 5 Jahren an einen jungen, berufstätigen Mann vermietet. Die WG verfügt über eine große Küche, zwei Bäder, Keller, ruhigem Garten mit Gartenhaus und PKW Stellplätze.
Der Preis pro Zimmer ist 220 Euro Miete plus 100 Euro Nebenkosten monatlich.
