Rooms for rent (now – June)

The room is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house with garden. There is also a common living room that can be used as a common room (workshop/atelier or the like).

Heating is done by oil heaters in each room and a wood stove in the living room.

Location and connection:

Badner Bahn (Neu Erlaa): 7 minutes walking (5 minutes walking)

U6: 15–20 minutes walk

Night bus N66: 20 minutes walk (walks all night)

Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete (now – Juni)

Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines zweistöckigen Hauses mit Garten. Es gibt auch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, das als Gemeinschaftsraum (Werkstatt/Atelier o. Ä.) genutzt werden kann.

Die Heizung erfolgt über Öl-Heizkörper in jedem Zimmer und einen Holzofen im Wohnzimmer.

Lage und Anbindung:

Badner Bahn (Neu Erlaa): 7 Minuten zu Fuß (5 Minuten bei schnellem Gehen)

U6: 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß

Nachtbus N66: 20 Minuten zu Fuß (fährt die ganze Nacht)
