The room is like the whole apartment in the second row in a "new building" of 2014. There is a floor heating and electric shutters. There are two large windows in the room. When moving, furniture can also be brought directly through the windows into the room, as the apartment is on the ground floor. In addition to a "guest toilet", there is another bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (with stove, oven, dishwasher etc.)
Das Zimmer ist wie die ganze Wohnung in Zweiter Reihe in einem "Neubau" von 2014. Es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung und elektrische Rolläden. Es gibt zwei große Fenster im Zimmer. Beim Umzug können Möbel auch direkt durch die Fenster in den Raum gebracht werden, da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist. Neben einem "Gäste WC", gibt es ein weiteres Badezimmer mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (mit Herd, Backofen, Spühlmaschine etc.)
The apartment is located in a second row in a residential complex directly opposite the Westpark. The bus stop "Gartenstraße" can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Up to Schanz station you need a maximum of 10 minutes. In the area there is a Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland etc.
The city centre is also within walking distance.
Up to Super C you need about 15 min. Of course, the bike is faster.

Die Wohnung liegt in zweiter Reihe in einer Wohnanlage direkt gegenüber vom Westpark. Die Bushaltestelle "Gartenstraße" ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zum Bahnhof Schanz benötigt man maximal 10 Minuten. In der Umgebung gibt es in ähnlicher Entfernung einen Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland etc.
Das Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit Fußläufig zu erreichen.
Bis zum Super C braucht man ca. 15 min. Mit dem Fahrrad geht es natürlich schneller.

Your two roommates Tugba and Julz would complete the WG with you. Julz is a former architectural student – creative, quiet and always has an open ear, no matter what. Tugba is our sympathetic night owl that has started to work after studying mathematics. They are always open to a short plunder :)
Deine beiden Mitbewohner*innen Tugba und Julz würden mit dir die WG komplett machen. Julz ist ehemaliger Architekturstudent – kreativ, ruhig und hat immer ein offenes Ohr, egal worum es geht. Tugba ist unsere sympathische Nachteule, die nach ihrem Mathematikstudium ins Berufsleben gestartet ist. Sie sind immer offen für ein kurzes Pläuschen :)

Es ist im Bereich des Möglichen, dass die Hausverwaltung entweder einen Schufa-Nachweis oder eine Bürgschaft erwartet. Aber solche Dinge kann man auch klären, wenn es soweit sein sollte.
